Hey All,

Please be advised that we will holding a 1hr Sports Psychology Session at Thomas Hassall Anglican College, led by the highly experienced Hugo Webster.

Hugo was a talented rower when he was younger and now uses his experiences to provide quality performance psychology to athletes. He has a great understanding of the pathways in Australian sport and can provide relevant guidance to upcoming superstars.

Uniform:
Please wear your SWSAS Walkout Uniform (Track Jacket – if cold, Walkout Polo, Walkout Shorts/Track Pants)

No Hoodies Please.

Please be sure to eat dinner beforehand, as we will not be providing food.
